The story of Kimberly Counseling Services is one of passion, dedication, and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of others. It began with Stephanie’s upbringing in Pennsylvania, where her desire to help others took root. As she pursued her education and embarked on a career in mental health, Stephanie’s passion for supporting individuals facing mental health challenges only grew stronger. However, as her own children reached school age, she sought a better work-life balance and transitioned into the field of education, where she found fulfillment in making a positive impact on students’ lives.
Over a span of twelve years in education, Stephanie’s dedication to supporting individuals with mental health, behavioral, social, and learning needs remained unwavering. However, in 2022, a new opportunity arose when her youngest child was offered a merit scholarship for a college in Arizona. Seizing the chance for a fresh start and new experiences, Stephanie and her family made the decision to relocate to Arizona.
Upon moving to Arizona, Stephanie reinstated her therapy license for Pennsylvania, and earned her license in Arizona. She began working for a large corporation offering online therapy. While she found fulfillment in her work, Stephanie yearned to create a therapeutic environment that aligned with her values and beliefs. In February 2023, she launched Kimberly Counseling Services, a culmination of her years of experience, expertise, and passion for helping others.
Today, Kimberly Counseling Services stands as a beacon of hope and support for individuals seeking compassionate and effective therapy services. Stephanie is proud of the work she does and remains deeply passionate about her ability to make a positive difference in the lives of her clients. Our Therapy Pricing
Pricing
Before starting your treatment sessions, I offer a free 10-minute phone consultation for all prospective clients. This gives you the opportunity to ensure I am the right fit for you.
$135/50 minute hour
Payment is due at the close of each session. I accept credit cards through an encrypted site for your convenience.
At Kimberly Counseling Services, I understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, and unforeseen circumstances may arise that require adjustments to your schedule. However, I kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting the appointment policy. In the event of a missed appointment or late cancellation without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, a fee of $45 will be applied. This policy is in place to ensure that your therapist’s time is valued and to minimize disruptions to the scheduling system.
Kimberly Counseling Services is now in-network with several insurance providers, and the list continues to grow. I am currently paneled with Aetna, Allied Benefit Systems (Aetna), Christian Brothers Services (Aetna), Cigna, Confide Enhanced EAP, Health Scope (Aetna), Meritain, Nippon, Resources for Living EAP, Trustmark Health Benefits (Aetna and Cigna), and Trustmark Small Business Benefits (Aetna). For the most up-to-date information on accepted insurance plans, please visit my Alma profile.
If your insurance is not listed, I can still provide services as an out-of-network provider. Many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network care, so I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to understand your benefits.
